Debiting my card 20.95, fraudulent charges, ripoff

I verified with my bank what the questionable debits were on our bank account statement. I tried to call the numbers given to me and never could "communicate" with a real person. These charges have been taken out of my account without my approval or knowledge.

I would like anything done possible to these "crooks" that can be done. We had to change our checking account and debit card we had for years so it wouldn't happen to us again. My husband and I have 3 children and are on a fixed income. I wonder if these "crooks" sleep good at night. I'm going to try my best to get back what they took and I hope anyone else out there will do the same!
