Card 33 - LSM5 USpay ripoff

I too have been zapped by these people but I fought back right away! Last month the extra charge of $19.95 was under Card 33.com., this month, LSM5-USpay.

The best thing you can do is to go on line and check your account with a fine tooth comb which is how I caught them. I promply called Wachovia Bank, and told them I didn't know who these people were. They had a phone number and set up a 3 way call. I demanded to know where they were and they were in the Netherland Antilies.

Last month it was Cypris for card 33.com. Anyway, they said this was a one time non refundable charge. I called them crooks and told them they wouldn't get away with this, all with Wachovia on the phone with me. They have a fraud department and it is to their advantage to help.

This last time I ordered medicine it was not with the same company name, but I still wound up with this extra charge going back to this same bunch. The Netherland Antilies guy was stupid enough to admit that card 33.com and LSM5-uspay were one in the same, just different offshore locations. He then said the charge was made by Frontier pharmacy and gave me this bogus 1 866 385 5090 for them. You can call it till you are blue in the face but never get a person.

My bank took the charge off last month and I know they will this month as well. They also are sending me a new debit card. I am not through with them either. I am going to contact my congressman. The internet is the last great "frontier" of the crook.

Don't accept the 1st charge! I never agreed to any 'one time' anything! If you let them charge this and don't get it off, you could come home one day to an empty bank account! These people are offshore and the US government can not help you.

My story gets better though. Yesturday, I received my pills from a pharmacy not 5 miles from me! I commented to the UPS driver about it, that I thought this medicine was comming from Canada. He said the pharmacy in question was new, working like little beavers.

Today, I get a 2nd set of the same pills from the same pharmacy with the same UPS driver! I opened it in front of him, and told him something was wrong. He said there was another man down the road that had the same problem. That he had gotten a shipment almost every day for 2 weeks of the same medicine. I asked him again about the pharmacy and this time he said they all looked foreign or Spanish working there. Their name is not Frontier.

Come Monday, I am going to call the police and show them my 2 bottles of medicine and ask them to go check out this pharmacy and see who these eager beavers are. I am sure there are some honest pharmacies on line. These people are crooks and will ruin it for everyone. Don't take it!
