These people charge a non-refundable order fee upfront and they keep your money as well. When you try to call their customer service number it takes hours to get somebody to talk too, and then you can't understand them because their accents are so thick. With a good arguement you might get your money back, I had to report them to my bank and they got my money back for me. I have followed them through their name changes and they have several differant names so becareful.
