These people are getting your account number and telling you that you are going to get no risk money from the goverment and if not your fees will be refunded. They say that there are no refunds unless you complete the program and this takes six months.

They sound to be of Asian decent or India, and they all have americann names and the don't give last names. They keep asking you about a welcom letter with coupons.

This is a total ripoff and something needs to done about these people.
