Billing after order cancellation, subrscription cancellation Ripoff

I supposedly ordered a free trial of the product and only had to pay the shipping, however I was billed once for $59.95 for the produce and then billed again after sent back the unopened package and cancelled my subscription. I sent the company an email asking to cancel my order and stop billing me but I was recently charged again for a product that I not only don't have but one that I never purchased.
