Fraudulent charge ripoff

I ordered the free trial of this pure health product for the shipping of $4.97 on November 2nd on November 20th I was charged the 99.41 for the product I never recieved.
I sent an E-mail to cancel and ask for my money back I also called and got nothing. I figured this was all set as I didn't get charged again. Then on January 17th I get another charge, so I try calling again and actually talk to a very nasty woman who says she will cancel my account and that they don't give refunds. Well no where on their site does it say in plan english that they do not give refunds.

So I went to my bank and was actually able to get the second amount back, the bank was very understanding and canceled my card for me so they will not be able to charge me again.

I do think that this company needs to be taken down as a bad business.
