Ripoff Took money for a year old cancelled subscription and am having trouble getting refund

I cancelled my snail mail subscription a year ago. It took quite awhile to get my refund.
In November money was taken for another years subscription that I no longer wanted.in the past year I did not receive any information snail mail from this company.

I wrote to the company by email in November. I received an email on November 8 giving me a tracking number and the message that I would receive a refund in 30 to 60 days.

I sent emails with the tracking information and the company never responds. Unless you are a member, phone numbers cannot be found. A year ago I had to speak to a human before it was settled.

I am on limited income and really need the money.
