Turned me into a collection agency! Ripoff

I only authorized a 3.95shipping charge for a free month of diet pills. Next thing I know I get another shipment and an email saying I will be billed 149.95 from Supremesales.com!!!
It took several attempts to contact Supremesales, but they did credit my account. I sent the pills back "CANCEL: Return to Sender" I never opened the package!
I figured I had this resolved until a received a letter from a collection agency today! I am thankful for this website. I will be printing out other articles posted to send with my dispute to the collection agency.
This is a nightmare!!!
