Posed as my pharmacy to refill my medication St. Kitts Eastern Caribean

I was called by who I thought was my pharmacy for re-fill of my medication. I was thrilled to find out that they had lowered the price. This company IS NOT my usual pharmacy, only posed as them to get my credit card information and to charge my account, once for $10.00 and another transaction for $130.00. Both charges were posted to my account on December 1.

I keep up to date with all of my accounts and check them daily on-line. I would not have known about this fraud until my next statement if I did not check every day.

I did not receive my medication and it is now 13 days after the phone transaction. Not only do I NOT have the medication I need, I no longer have the money to buy it from my regular pharmacy.

Unfortunately, my credit card company insists that I send a form in to dispute these transactions that will take up to 60 days for me to get my money back. How am I supposed to buy my medication in the meantime?

I am, of course, disappointed, but more importantly, my health is as risk. Not the company the fruaded me, nor my credit card company seem to be in much of a hurry to help me. Maybe by the time they get this straigtened out, I will no longer be in need of the medication as I will be deceased.

I have tried their so called web page to check my order; it says it does not exist. I call their phone number (provided by my bank) and I get an automated voicemail telling me to go to their website, which of course does not help me. After the voicemail, it says send your fax now. So I wrote out a letter and called the number and faxed it to them.

They now have 13 minutes left to get in touch with me, which I doubt will happen.
