I purchased medication from the pharmacy store online on May 9 and was billed on my credit card 2 days later. The company has not sent my medication and when I try to check the order status online it doesn't work.
The number to call is never answered by a real person either. They said it would take 10 days due to a shortage but it has been a month. Please help me.
