To whom this may concern,
I recently placed an order with the aforementioned company. The first thing is that they did NOT send me the product for over a month. I received the product, tried it, and sent it back WELL WITHIN THE 2 WEEK TIME PERIOD of receiving it. I sent it back via FedEx I have the tracking number and confirmation that they did, in fact, receieve it.
Now, however, they have charged my account $99.90 on a duplicate check number. I have called them, emailed them and threatened them with my lawyer. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW!!! The direct number, I found out, for the billing department is 281-356-9939 (M-F 9 to 3 CST).
Understandably, I am extremely upset and am looking to take this further. At this point I have no idea what they are doing with my account information and if they will charge me again. I am absolutely livid that I trusted a company like them. I'm not sure what else I can do at this point.
