I ordered the 2 day weightloss, and sent it back within the two weeks, yet they STILL charged me $49.95! I want my money back! Ripoff

To Whom This May Concern,
I would like to report fraud by the company Momentum Direct. About two months ago, I ordered the 2 week free trial of the slim-down in 2 days to try, yet, when I received it in the mail, I did not want it after all, so the same day I received it in the mail, I went straight to UPS and sent it back to them. I know for a fact it made it back to them within the 2 week period and I would like my money back.
I am not going to pay for something that I sent back, and I do expect to see my money back in my account ASAP. I have many family members whom are lawyer in more than one state in the United States, and I am NOT afraid to take this further. Yes, I know it is only $49.95, but that money need to be back in my account. I would greatly appreciate it if you could contact me ASAP and let me know who I need to contact about this and like I said before, I BETTER see my money back in my account, very soon, otherwise further action will be taken. Thanks for your time. Let me know if there is anything else I can do.
