Ripped off never received my order but charged for it multiple times ripoff Internet

I ordered a perscription drug, was supposed to be delivered 3-5working days. Then they changed it to 5-8 working days. Was charged for it right away. Then on top of that kept charging me membership fees which i wasnt aware of for 3 months. Lordy never and still havent received a thing from them, nor a credit. Wants me to send bank statements now. But i have already provided them with charges deducted from my account on 4 different occassions
