Byron Pure Energy Products, complete ripoff. Charges on your card without permission, sends product you did not orde

I ordered a sample of an herbal diet pill which was to run 4.95. I received it and got so sick on it I discontinued use within a few days. On 11/22/06 I received a package in the mail with all kinds of stuff to the tune of 149.95 on my charge card. I called within an hour or so and was told no refunds even though I had not ordered the product. He said I signed up for AP program that it comes out every 2 months. As I investigated the site i did come to the area I ordered, but no terms and conditions were avail. The link is totally dead. I sent in for his support ticket since I told Byron I could not take it and to my dismay the person Byron only sent an email link to refunds which is so confusing not even God could understand what he is pulling except a scam. Currently I have reported him here, FBI internet fraud, BBB of Oklahoma and more to come. I am contacting channel 8 for 8 on your side and the Attorneys General Office in Illinois. He will not accept the product back at all and says if I cancel I have to pay a 49.95 charge or more for cancellation. Also just in case he ever took a product back he charges a 15-20% restocking fee, never heard of such deception, it is either 15 or 20% not whichever one he chooses. I also have put a unauthorized charge with my charge company. Besides that even if I did by chance order something I did not even know if it worked or not, I would never spend 149.95 just for the heck of it. If you all look at the terms and conditions link which does not work, go to his other policy link which does work, he sent out the wrong stuff to me. Read your box and it stated even if we signed up we were to receive a cd which I never received, that contitutes breach of contract on his side. I will not lay down and take this without a fight.By the way, he also said if you make it so he cannot charge on your card he will take legal action. He has a policy up there satisfaction guaranteed, NOT SO. No matter what you do he will not take the product back even if it makes you ill.
