Sham, fraudulent billing, will not return money for product never received ripoff

They told me AFTER I placed an order that my $20 processing fee would be taken immediately before I even received my order. I would NEVER had orderd had I known that was how they operated. They then tell me there is a problem with the order, but I can't get in touch with them becasue there is no reply email AND THEY DON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONE! Don't order from these people becasue they have no intention of delivering product!
