After several communication efforts to get insurance for my husband, John. I contacted them from online. A representative took the application on the phone. When calling them, I verifed that I was his wife. He is on the road from 3-4 months at a time. He is unable to speak to them. I verifed identification. They continually refused to speak about his application. As of today, We feel they are incompetent company, obviously not interested in fullfilling the obligation of the completion of application.
