Ripoff, didn't order, didn't receive Califonia

Received a Bill from my Credit Card folks for a charge of 79.95
Do not know wat it is, and did not order it.

I make a copy of things I order on thr 'internet', but do not have one for this 'product.'

The phone # next to the Product on the Bill does not work in my area... So the Operator says. Have called the CC Company and was transferd to a Dept. That they said could help, but, it never got transfered. Will try again
