Ignored e-mails cancelling their product and continued to bill American Express. Cut the phone whenever I rang ripoff Clearwater, Florida Hampshire England Europe

I e-mailed Marqilife about 8 to 10 times, via the link on their web page and via my own service provider.in those emails I cancelled my subscription, complying with their terms (T&C's) as set out on their web page. I gave them the notice they required to stop any FURTHER shipment of their pills but they
* ignored my e-mails
* sent out more pills and
* billed my Amex account.
I phoned the number given on the web page and was put through to a Canadian number. The answering machine in Canada gave me another number 877 462 0055 (which I prefixed with 001) and phoned this number at times during Florida's working day. Everytime I got through I was informed that it was not a toll free number and I would be charged. Then I was CUT OFF! After this happened 5 times (being a slow learner) I contacted American Express and put them on the case.
