Ripoff Their sales agents are liars

I got am email about a health insurance policy and it sounded pretty good. I was in the market for a health insurance policy so I called them and went over their policy with them and as I am not to up on insurance policys I had my roommate talk to them as well. I was told that alternative healthcare was 100% covered as long as the provider was in network. After talking w/my roomate about it we decided it was a pretty good thing so I purchased it for a cost of $209, of which $100 was for setting up the policy and the remaining 9 was the cost of the policy.

I went to the doctor but first I called Adova to make sure the doc was in network and I was told he wqas. Afterwords I called them to submit the claim and they told me that all I would recieve was 25% of the bill. I didnt submit the bill instead I told them to cancell the policy. This was on 8/8 06 andf the policy became effective on 8/1/06. They said they would cancell it and send me back my money.instead they blew me off and the following month they tried to bill me for another month. My acct didnt have that much in it so I was charged $25 for NSF. The withdraw was totally unauthorized. I called them on the 25 of August to complain about their ways and that I expected them to send me $25 dollars plus the original monies I sent thm and they said they would cancell the ploicy then buit I was not going to recieve and reimbursements of any kind because I cancelled after the 30 day grace period. I didnt know that it was more that 30 days from 8/1 to 8/8 but I guess their calendar is different from ours. 8/8 is the date I originally told them to cancell and if they ghad done as instructed I would still have the $25 I was charged for NSF fees. Do not but from these people as they will tell you whatever they think you want to hear in order to make a sale. They should be taken outside and set on fire as they are nothing but thieves
