Ripoff on getting your money back

I have already posted a report, i spoke with the company that the woman called the corporate office. The number that she listed isn't the right number.

The gentleman i spoke with after i threatened to join the class action coming soon and that i was going to my local police department he explained to me that he has had many calls due to the lady that posted his number.

He gave me the name and the direct number to the man who owns this company. I didn't get a call back from him but after leaving my number when the computer gives you no other choices.

You have to wait 24 to 48 hours for a call back but once you call this nova point and leave your number someone will call back, at least they did me but i really had to through a fit to get someones attention, and so will you.

First try this number @ nova point and she will give you customer service and you'll wait forever to get to the last of the call because that's when the computer comes on and asks if

The number your calling from is the number to call you back it will be the nova points number fallow the directions and put in your number, or go directly to the customer service by calling 1-800-566-0959.

You will still get that message but try it at least see if they call you back. If all else fails call joe gioelli the owner of the company that is ripping us all off, his personal number is 909-930-3001.

Maybe if he gets enough of these phone calls will all get our money back. I got a call yesterday from a woman named monica, but so far she hasn't returned my call, now they can't find my info and she needed to talk to her super but no call back yet.
