Do not trust a word the so-call customer service rep (phone number on credit card bill) for Frontier Pharmacy tells you in trying to get your money refunded. They are just delaying an agonizing process you are going to have to deal with while still continuing to rip people off. If and they give you another phone number to call... No one is every going to answer it to help you.
Just hope that your credit card company helps you in some way.
And report them to whoever will listen.
