Was taken out of our checking account but no insurance policy was received. We called Mr. Lord but his 800 # 1-800-716-3038 was disconected as well as his office line. His fax still worked. Our check was cashed by America's Best Benefits in Mtry Pk Cal. 91755. The funds were paid through the Federal Reserve in Jacksonville Florida. We called the California board of insurance and received the forms to make a formal complaint.
