Ripoff free trial autoship disceptive internet practices uncontactable no refunds

Was lured in by free trial offer. My credit card was immediately billed the $4.87 for the free trial offer, which was of course not free. About a week later I was billed $69.95 and $15.95 shipping and handling. I only received the trial offer, nothing else was ever sent. I cancelled via email before the 15 day trial period was up. About a month later I was billed $74.95 and told that I had satisfied my contract. I did have my call returned, by Iris, who informed me that all of this is in the contract. Remember I never received any product other than the free trial.

The credit card company told me that I would have to file a report and they would have to do an investigation.

I filled a report with the Better Business Bureau which has given the company an D and F rating.

We must keep fighting companies that defraud.
