Ripoff Unauthorized fraudulent chrges from my bank account!

I responded to an email from Metabofuel 1000 in response to a free bottle of the product. All I had to do was pay the shipping and handling of $4.87, which came out of my account on April 21st. I noticed on May 12 my account was overdrawn, and there was an unauthorized charge pending. I contacted the bank immediately and told them it was unauthorized, I was told that they could not help me until the charges went thru.

I contacted the numbers listed and spoke with Lonnie and told her I read what I agreed to and this charge was unauthorized. I was informed that I could not have read anything, because I responded to a 3rd party email and that they dont display the terms and conditions.

I have returned the 4 bottles and even have the card showing it was signed for by N Thompson. The post office delivered the package May 15th. Lonnie confirmed this on May 25, on June 2 Ellen and Michelle informed me, they had not recieved my package.

On June 6, Paul once again confirmed my package was recieved on June 2nd and a bank to bank transaction would take place in the next 14 days. On june 16, Ellen once again informed me they never recieved my package, I asked for a supervisor, Patricia got on the line, and I was disconnected several times, before being informed that the package was not recieved and that the US Postal Service could not confirm the tracking numbers I gave.

On June 19 I spoke with Lonnie again, and was informed they had not recieved my package, I asked for a supervisor and was eventually connected to Patricia again. I was informed the same mess, I actually informed Patricia I was tired of their run around and was contacting Utah Attorney General in regards to this company frauding consumers.

This company rips off innocent people and should be closed down. I cant not believe with all the reports about this company, that Utah has not steeped in and taken any action. I am hoping someone will shut this fraudulent company down so nobody else is frauded by them.
