This is by far the biggest scammer for an optician I have ever ever seen. I have talk to friends and they have heard only bad things about this place. Once your eyes are dialated they ask you if you want a contact prescription and they then make you sign a piece of paper while you are in the chair that you can't read cause you can't see at that time. Then they charge you $120 and you don't know it until you reliaze they charge the maximum your insurance will pay. When you call them to question how this happened, they are beligerent and hang up on you. (This was the office manager who said she owned the place) I am in the process of lodging a complaint with the Attorney General's Office in Delaware.
I do not like places that pull a fast one and then rob you when you don't know it.
