Rcs rampal do not deal with them! Stole $17000 usd - never delivered merchandise. Still has not issued refund

Back in Aug of an order for phones was submitted to Allan G's for purchase of iPhones through RCS. We were told by Allan G's that the Manager at RCS was going to process this order and that there should be no problems in getting this done. My company was familiar with RCS as we have an account with them also.

However, we decided to go through Allan G's because Allan had the offer presented to him from his trader or rep at RCS. To this point we had heard nothing negative or bad with RCS. After submitting this order to Allan G's, a couple days later we were told that this order would not be processed because one of the customers on the order was black-listed, that being Focus Mobile.

Focus Mobile was on the initial order with Denis of Houston. Because of Focus Mobile being on the company's black-list, we were told the order would be canceled. Fine and good, so at this point, the order was canceled.

We still do not know what Denis in Houston has to do with anything and why his money was taken and not refunded to this point. RCS has taken and still has the $17000 paid to them as a deposit for Denis in Houston and has not refunded it, according to Allan G's. Now, either Allan G's is not being truthful which seems to be the case, or RCS also is at fault-possibly an insider, or an employee that has taken advantage of this particular situation.

Bottom line is, RCS or Allan G's has taken $17000 usd given as a deposit for iPhones that were suppose to be delivered to Denis in Houston for inspection and remaining payment upon receipt. I know that there is some validity to what Allan G's has said as far as RCS having the money, due to the fact that RCS was called on a couple of occasions to check on the order and the money given to them through Allan G's for these phones. Allan himself told us that RCS called him and told him that we had inquired about our order.

This is a mess and one that we will resolve in time, unfortunately it will all have to be done through legal which we are in the process of doing. Allan does not want to disclose who he sent this money to at RCS, had we known that-we would be dealing directly with the thief or thieves at RCS instead of Allan and Allan G's. My Suggestion is DO NOT DEAL WITH RCS or ALLAN G's. For RCS to be involved in something like this is just sad and you would think something that should be beneath them as far as business practices.
