Ripoff unsatisfactory services, EMPTY PROMISES about promising refunds, NO promised callbacks

I was unsatisfied with the dental services but unfortunately have made a payment for the whole treatment plan that they suggested to me. The whole treatment plan given were several fillings, cleaning, 3 crowns, 2 post-root canal build up.

I ONLY had ONE cleaning ($9) and four fillings done at the dental offices (cost $220). But because of the unsatisfactory services (one of them being that I was left alone for one hour on the dental chair in the middle of my filling) and the fact that I need a root canal (a service not provided by them, but surprisingly, they offered me a dentist who does perform root canal surgery after I said that I want to switch dentist. Previously, they just recommend me to a specialist).

It's been a month since I submitted my request for refund. I have called a million times, was constantly told that they are processing the refund and that I would get a call back but I never did. I just want my money back, I didn't receive the treatment that I purchased and I received unsatisfactory services from them during my visits.
