Another rip-off by nda pharamcy! Internet

We made a purchase of phenteramine from nda pharmacy on april 10, it is now may 4 and nothing. They did, however, take our money out of our account. We received one e-mail the day after we paid that said the order would be shipped in 5-7 days, nothing!!! I did talk to a "susan" and "helen" on 2 different occasions after being on hold for up to 50 minutes. I did tell helen i wanted a refund, and she did cancel my order and said i would get a refund, that was 10 days ago and they want answer the phone now and i have not got my money back. I have been on hold over a hour waiting to tell them off, and nothing!!! I would love to report them to the bbb, but i don't have a physical address, if anyone can help or knows how i can report this, and the many others who have been ripped off by nda pharamcy.com, please let me know.
