BIG ripoff took money out of my account not authorized Said FREE sample So illegal STOP this please!

Saw an add on the web for free sample you just pay 4.95 shipping. The following week they took out 99.98 and two weeks later took out another 99.98. This will surely bounch some checks. I did not approve this withdrawal. Tried to call their so called customer service numbers, one is not in service and the other two are manned by operators that take your information and claim the company will call you back. Never happened. Called my bank and they claim since the company has a no return policy i can't dispute the charges. Wrote a letter to metabofuel and returned the other four bottles of stuff they sent me on monday april24 by return receipt requested certified mail. This is surely the biggest scam there is. The sad part for me is i just found out i have cancer and need chemo/radiation and i cannot take anything by mouth. No meds/vitamins/otc, etc. What can we do about this??? Please, please help!!!
