On February 14th or thereabouts of 1988 i was admitted to MRMC for minor chest pains, Dr Satish Kholi diagnosed me with heartburn, recieved treatments, prescribed heartburn meds went to Dr Tom Coburn for further treatments.

I was given meds to help including lipitor and zantac and a popular antacid and on subsequent visits to him, was given ekg tests, never told me the results so I trusted the doctor that he was doing the right thing because I have known him since he began his practice in 1983.

I had mva in 1992 admitted to Mrmc for possible cracked neck and left shoulder injuries. Knee injuries, had x rays, treated and released that evening and Dr Coburn put me on painkillers and antiinflammatory meds of which I still take to this day

Dr Evan Cole began treating me and started treatments and had me on too many different meds because my b/p was like a roller coaster despite my request to take care of minor b/p problems, tired of him experimenting with so many different kinds of meds, yet I had more serious problems of which he never told me about like kidney, liver damage, i trusted him, continued with seeing him, And in Aug was admitted again for cardio problems and they said I was complaining of breathing problems which I never even said that, following that, i was put on many different meds, including pottasium 800 mg 3 times a day and 800 mg ibu 3 times a day plus different b/p medicines,

Due to my arthritis problems of the past since 1992, he prescribed several antinflammatoris such as prednisone which has never helped, he also prescribed Celebrex and after 2 weeks of using that, I began to experience severe nosebleeds and he told me I need to have my nose cauterized which he explained was like a patch in my nose so it wont be so thin in the blood vessel area

In March after I asked him if Vioxx may be the solution to my arthritis problems as I was experiencing greater pain in my hip and knee again while I was trying to help a man do some light work so he prescribed it and it really helped relieve all the pain but had me feeliung somewhat jittery at that point as i took it for about 10 days

I had to be taken to hospital 3 19 2004 due to stroke, recovered slightly, found out fall of 2005 that I was seriously overmedicated by the dr of 10 years and found out by legal nurses opinion the med charts and records have been changed and altered and whiteout was used a lot and most of the writing could not even be read and lawyers only take ironclad cases due to economic reasons because they want only gravy jobs I am sending more records to law nurses now to investigate this further
