Ripoff Accepted payment no goods shipped and ignored all my inquiries

I ordered a green drink powder mix from generationhealth.com that cost $68.89 U.S. On Sunday, March the 5th 2006. I also received an e-mail of confirmation immediately after placing the order online.

After waiting a month very patiently I sent their customer service team an email asking them to track the shipment since I am located in Toronto, Canada. I received absolutely no response. I then tried calling them and again, no response (they don't have a live attendent, you need to leave a message and they say they will call you back): I then sent a customer complaint email message to customer service and copied various other contact addresses posted on their web site:
And once again, no response.
