I ordered from this pharmacy in February. They haven't filled my order even though I have paid for it. When I contacted them to find out what is happening, they said that the order number provided belongs to someone else, that my email address and name were not entered as a customer (even though I had received emails from them). So I started getting more suspicous. I then contacted their on line support who wasn't the least bit helpful at all. I then faxed the company to find out what was happening, or at least to get my money refunded. There has been no response at all. I then tried the on line support and once they found out it was me, they cut off the communication to me. I am a senior on a small disabillity cheque and they took 1/3 of my monthly income which I cannot afford to give away. I want eveyone to know that this company cannot be trusted to provide the products that they advetise and to stay away from them.
