Ripoff Charged my debit card $99.90 without my knowledge or approval, and then another charge of $29.99 a month for some online excersise program, which was not explained

I ordered a "free" sample of "hoodia diet pills" just pay shipping and handling of $5.95.3weeks later I see a charge on my bank statement for $99.90, of which I did not make. I am disabled, and do not go out much, and definitely would know if I made a purchase of that amount. I called my bank to dispute it. They traced it to a computer company in Dorchester MA, to whom I called, and he traced his records, and had none. The bank agreed to give me "provisional credit" while they check it out, but if they can't find it, they will take the money back.in about 3 weeks. Two weeks ago, I found another charge related to bcclabssandyut, for $29.99. There was a phone number on my bank statement, so I called it, and they said, when I ordered the "free" sample" of pills, I agreed to an excersise program. I said, No I did not, I am disabled, and thats not possible, and no where did I see that on the form, so she said I could go on line and cancel my membership, which I did, and I requested my money back, on the same day they started my membership, buy I never received it. I will never again sign up for a free sample from anybody on line again. AS you say this company is a rip off. I hope you do file a class action suit. I also hope that I do not lose my money.

If you have any advise for me to tell my bank so they wont take my money, I would really appreciate it. Since I am disabled, I am also retired, living on social security, and that is alot of money to me, as you can imagine.

Thank you for any assistance you can do for me and anybody else that got caught up in this web of deceit and deception. They need to be put out of business, before to many more people get hurt. And the answering machine picks up, tell me who you are, and then I will pick up, cause I get alot of nuisance calls, so I only pick up the ones I know, and ones that identify themselves.
