Ripoff violated Federal State laws in policy procedure and PAYING ME

I worked for this company for 8 months. Consistently the management refused to pay me the hourly wages due. This resulted in my losing about $16,000. Despite full documentation of the company's wrongdoing, the state Labor Board refused to deal with them because they were in Nevada, and since declaring bankruptcy, although the filing clearly stated they were responsible for employee wages not paid, have paid nothing.

The company actually worked like a Ponzi scheme, getting new people to pay for the services of earlier customers. Three of their top execs have been indicted in a federal court for embezzlement, etc.

The procedures were egregious enough the state board of nursing changed its Nurse Practice Act to remove nurses from this environment, but has done nothing to enforce the new provisions.
