Ripoff Unathorized charges to my credit card

I had two unathorized charges on my credit card. One for $6.95 and another one for $99. I tried to call the 800# and the recording says it will transfer to the customer service but no answer. I will just put the call on hold forever. Not sure how I can get my money back. Please help.
