LLC ripoff

On March 6 I agreed to pay $1.95 for shipping of a free sample of Cheat and Eat, a diet product. Four days later, my checking account was billed $106.90 for a month or two month supply. I still have not even received the so called free sample. How can they auto bill you before a sample is even sent? Because of their too quick billing, my checking account is completely messed up and I'm bouncing checks for my bills. I'm also being charged $31.00 per NSF check. Because of the auto billing so quickly, I may not be able to write another check in this town. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau. I called my bank and had my debit card deactivated BEFORE the $106.90 charge had cleared, but two days later, that charge has cleared and checks that I'd written for other bills are bouncing. I am so unhappy with this company and would not recommend them to my worst enemy. I tried numerous times to get Joseph Gioeli on the phone. Of all the times I called (at different times of the day) the phone was answered only once and I was helped by a woman who answered the phone saying she would cancel everything. When she told me this, the charge in my bank was still pending. HOW, after she told me it was cancelled, did the charge clear my account?
