Uncooperative staff, 4 month delay, abused & mistreated victimized many consumers ripoff deception false promises deceptive company slow prossessing

The troubles I have had with this company include the harsh treatment I have recieved from the staff at this location while trying to claim my contact lenses. I have been waiting 3 months.

The empty promises regarding my contacts, being put on hold over the phone twice for over 20 minutes, twice!!! Being overlooked in the waiting room for an exam and having to wait more because of their mistake!

I have a written statement saying that I am entitled to a free pair of contacts, dated February 02', I still have not recieved them. I feel that I deserve at least that for all the troubles I have been put through in the past.

Watch out consumers, this is what one recieves for being a loyal customer for over six years! I am through with them!
