Over Chrging Credit Card ripoff, Charging for canceled members for 6 months after cancelation

I have filled a $500.00 small claim suite against La Fitness.

I have sent this letter to La Fitness twice.

I joined LA Fitness at 500 Rockhill Dr Bensalem Pa 19020 215-357-4311 on 10/30 (4306855), with me also joined Simon Sabag (4306863), Moshe Sabag (4306878) and Yitzhak Sonino (4306854), in the end of December beginning of January I told David, that was the Manager at the time to cancel Moshe Sabags membership, I was told that he will be cancelled immediately.
I was charged for Moshe Sabag (4306878) in January and February I told Chris the new Manager, that you still charged my AX card for Moshe Sabag (4306878), Chris told me he will take care of this matter. He faxed in a second cancellation request, but you still charged my card in March and April for Moshe Sabag (4306878).

Simon Sabag (4306863) and Yitzhak Sonino (4306854) are canceling their memberships on April 14.

Simon sabag (4306863) is getting a 2 year membership on the same day 04/15 from Brian, that becomes the new manager, Brian charges my AX card for Simon Sabag (4306863) on 04/15 and take a payment from Simon Sabag (4306863) for 2 years on 04/14 (see attached print outs for Simon Sabag (4306863).

I ask Brian to please help me with the charges on my AX card for Moshe Sabag (4306878) and he said to me give him 2 weeks and he personally will take care of this matter. You are still charging me in May and June for Moshe Sabag (4306878), I thanked Brian for stopping the charges in June for Moshe Sabag (4306878) and Brian told me that he will get me the refund for Moshe Sabag (4306878) from January to June.

Every week or so, I came over to Brian and he said to me that the refund was on the way.

One day Brian was not at the LA Fitness in Bensalem, and I asked the new Manager Khalil, if he knew any thing about my refund. And he told me to talk to Jesse, Jesse made a phone call and told me that no one knows about this matter, and that I have to call my self to LA Fitness and try to solve the problem, I called and the person on the other end said that he could not help me, I went back to Jesse and asked him if he could give a print out of when was the last time the Moshe Sabag (4306878) visited the LA Fitness, and he told me that he could not get me this information, can you please send me a letter with the date that Moshe Sabag (4306878) last visited LA Fitness?

In my estimation you owe me for 2 months for Simon Sabag (2x$24.99) and 6 months for Moshe Sabag (6x$24.99) a total of $ 199.92, can you please refund this amount to my AX card, if you decide not to refund me the $ 199.92, please send me the date Moshe Sabag last visited LA Fitness, so I can take it to small court claim, and see what the judge will say about this matter, I am VERY VERY upset with all of the managers at the Bensalem club.
