O.K. So this place was the cheapest to get Xendedrene so I thought "What the hey, I'll order from them." BIG mistake!
I ordered from them almost 2 months ago, and still have not received anything from them. My credit card was charged the very same day and I paid for standard shipping. Well, a few days later I received an email stating that there was a problem with backorders and the shipment would be delayed by two weeks. Now, I could handle two weeks but two weeks have turned into almost 2 months now.
So after 3 weeks, I started emailing them inquiring about my order status. I get this corny automatic email response that states that they have received my email and someone will email me back within 24-48 hrs. Wrong! Guess again. I have emailed and emailed until I'm blue in the face. No email other than an automatic response has come from them.
I started trying the phone number. HA! Ha! What a joke. You get a automated answering service that says, "All of our customer service representives are busy at the moment. Please leave your name and number and a customer service representive will get back with you shortly." How about NEVER!
So I emailed them once again yesterday and this time I get an "automated" response back saying that they are having difficulties with their emailing system and it will be out until sometime in late June. When it gets updated, they will answer all responses in the order that they were received. Maybe it's just me or does this sound really fishy?
So it has cost me $47.00 on my credit card for a an order of nothing, no Xenedrene, no phone calls or emails from these jokers. Not to mention the headache.
For anyone who wants what they ordered to be shipped to them, DO NOT ORDER FROM NATURAL HIGH!
