Fraud. Received payment and never delivered or returned payment. Ripoff

North Medical Ultrasound Corp. Told me they could provide to me a used transducer at 2800.00. I agreed t o the terms of payment up front and 2 week delivery time. After 5 weeks and several dozen calls, and various excuses from north medical, I told North Medical either produce the product or refund my money.

I was told that if they don't immiediately produce the product my money would be returned. That was Dec 21st. Since then they have not received any call I h ave placed nor answered any of my emails.

All I want is a refund of the funds I had sent. Now when I call no one answers. So I can't even talk to a live person. I found a complaint against north medical on www.dotmed.com so I figure I have been duped by this company.
