Has put medical collections on my credit report. Which i do not owe

I recieved my credit report, and have 4 different collections against me on medical. I have excellemt medical benifefits with my company, and do not owe any medical bills. I have tried to contact the company, but of course the number is no longer any good. I need to know how to get these removed.
