Ripoff Did not reimburse me

Dear Sirs:

Recently I contacted Momemtum Direct to take avantage of their offer of 2-day slim down "try it for 14 days and no charges will be made until the 14 days... If you do not like it, you return the unused portions and you will not be charged during the first 14 days trial offer" I was waiting for the 14 days and before they past, around day num. 10 I was charged. When I called they said "The 14 days start counting from the 1st day you ordered it, not from the day you receive it." So, I sent the unused portion and they do not send my reimbursement. They prommised to send it during the last week of December. Today is January the 6th, and after readeing all your reports I'm scared!

I already sent a fax, lets see if they answer.
