Ripoff. Never delivered product after receiving payment

I ordered balneo peat moss extract from this company on 11/10/05. Product was supposed to be shipped within 48 hours. As of 12/9/05, I haven't received my shipment. Merchant responded two weeks ago, saying I would get the product last week. Clearly, that's not happening. Won't respond to my daily inquiries. Was ripped off for $80.38.
