I purchased a product from the website www.getrealquestions.com, and I was promised to have the product delivered in 1 day.

It has been a week later and i still haven't gotten my product. I sent a message to the support email provided but no one responded to my inquiry. All my attempted communication to the merchant has gone unanswered. It appeared that I was charged for the product that I never received.

I caution online buyers from purchasing anything from that website.
