I was totally ripped off by this scam of a company, I've waited weeks and still nothing, except they cashed my check and I got nothing in return

This company totally scammed me. I mailed a check, they cased it and I've never received anything, the phone number they give you to call is a recording telling you to hold on for the next available operator, then it disconnects you. What a ripoff
