FAST ABFAST aka / Fast ABS dishonest fraudulent billing ripped off and scammed

Fast ABS advertised Two Fast AB belts plus product for $20.00, I called the number advertised and gave my Credit card number. They took more than the payment out ($74.70) and sent a product that did not work.

I sent the product back and they refunded only half ($44.95) the money back into my account. When I called the number on my account the company stated they did not have that company listed as being with them. The woman Valerie (a supervisor) spoke to me and hung up when I asked about the people who hired them to take the calls for them. I want all of my money back since I never got the product I ordered.
