Ripoff

I answered a trial for UltraPm. I never recieved the trial. I was billed shortly thereafter for $44.90.

A pkg arrived a few weeks later. I took it to the post office and had them return to sender.

The following month another charge of $44.90 was taken out and another pkg arrives. I did the same thing.

I tried to call the number provided only to get a recording. I sent a letter by mail and no response.

The amount of $44.90 came out a few more times, however, no pkgs followed.

I finally was able to get a real person the other day who was rude and refused to give me a refund of the past 5 months.

The individual said I had to call and cancel my membership. I explained I had been trying to.

I asked what happened to the unopened pkgs I had sent back and he said they were thrown away.

I find it hard to believe that they would throw the product away unopened.
