S After my membership ended June they kept billing my boyfriend's account!

I began my membership in June 0f 2003. It was expected that it would end in June. My boyfriend checked his statements and noticed they billed him for July and August! Before my membership ended, I walked into the Linda Evans fitness center of Union City, CA and asked the front desk employee if I owed anything for June, she replied "no". I also told her that I DO NOT wish to continue my membership. That was that and I thought it was over and done with. But no. I usually pay for my monthly membership inside the actual gym-to the front desk employee, so I don't even know if they accept my money at the gym AND steal from my boyfriend's account!!! So maybe they're getting double money!!! We're furious! We (he) contacted his bank, and filed a claim. If Linda Evans refuses to pay us back, we're going to court. Over time, I eventually hated that gym. The equipment was old and sometimes broken. The employees were sometimes rude and stuck up. They suck, don't ever get a membership there.
