Sam's Club's Employees Use Your Membership Infl

The St. Petersburg Sam's Club doesn't care if their employees copy info from your membership and then use that info for their personal reasons. I had a friend, who works at Sam's, ask me to go in on an online venture with her. She also suggested that I get a Sam's membership—she works at the membership desk. She knows me by my middle name—as everyone else does (only my brother knows I have a "first" name)—but my first name is on my Drivers License. Well she poked through membership files, and pulled up my info—now since she didn't know my first name (not hiding, just never used it. My parents called me by my middle name, and my SS # is even under my middle name)—so she had to just look at everyone's info that has my last name until she matched info (the pic of my DL, birthday, etc) She then copied it and ran a background check on me. She emailed me that she had... Told me about my sams account being under some "other name" and about the tickets on my DL, about who else was on my sam's account (not another woman—my sister)... I complained to the Sam's store manager and the Tampa district manager (even sent them a copy of the email she sent where she states what she did)—both said it just sounded like a boyfriend/girlfriend thing. I said it wasn't—we were friends—but even using their take—SO WHAT? The woman is still working at the membership desk, still free to poke around and use members info... Believe me the next time she tries to start this business, or does get a boyfriend, she'll ask them to get a sam's membership and she will copy their info! So, Sam's doesn't care if their employees rummage through members' files... And use that info... Be weary of Sam's
