Glasses To Go
Ripoff, Lousy and rude service with a lot of runaround!

Took my prescription for contact lenses to Glasses To Go. Paid them $40 for 2 boxes and was told that it would take 3-5 business days for them to arrive (this was even hand written on my receipt).

A week went by and I called them to see what was going on. I was told, after some hesitation, they were on "back order". (I have been wearing contacts with a quite common prescription and have never heard of this before.) No ETA on when they would come in.

Receptionist told me office manager would call me back. She never called. I called back several times and she was either "out of the office" or "on the phone".

Finally, my husband took over and it took 5 days for him to actually speak to the office manager. He got the same excuses. During this time I had gone to another optical shop and gotten my contacts within 24 hours.

My husband demanded a refund and was told they do not give refunds but "when they put the order in they would be glad to give me a set for free." So, it turns out they pretty much lost the order and did not have the courtesy to be honest.

My husband had to go into the store and refuse to leave until a refund check was issued. I did get my money back but this place is terrible. They treated me as if I had made the mistake and as if I were unreasonable in wanting a refund.

I just want to warn people in Southern Oregon to NOT even give this place a try... Not worth it.
